Sebas
Peruvian & Spanish
Sebas was born in Peru, into a culture where filling the house, feeding others, and being a generous host is part of one’s identity. He moved to Europe young and has spent his life inside the industry, rising through every position, leading teams in senior roles across luxury establishments, and building a trusted network along the way. More than two decades on, hospitality is not what he does; it is who he is.
Eva
Spanish & Swiss
Eva, half Spanish and half Swiss, is the second generation of a hospitality family. She was raised travelling the world, staying in and studying the finest hotels and restaurants, absorbing the industry from birth. Formally trained at the world’s leading hospitality school and holding the MSPA Shopper Certification, she combines academic excellence with a specialised expertise in evaluating service standards and guest experiences. With over fifteen years of experience running properties and experiencing luxury service at its very best, she has cultivated her own far-reaching global network.
